We are passionate about our role in the lives of the children in our care and their families.

We share a commitment to create a culture of trust, belonging and responsibility with and alongside others in the centre.

We ensure that embedded in our daily practice with children, families and colleagues are the elements and outcomes of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and the shared understanding of C&K’s curriculum document ‘Building Waterfalls’.

We recognise that play is a catalyst for children’s learning which allows them to make choices within the curriculum that is guided by adults rather than directed.

We are committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practices to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families can be achieved.
